I wish I could give zero stars. Do not use this service. The receptionist is very rude, hung up on me mid sentence. She needs a trading course in customer service. Use UBer instead.

DON’T USE THIS TAXI SERVICE! I WILL EXPLAIN! I wanted to give this a negative 5 star rating because of the way I was treated. On Monday, 5⁄26 I called for a pickup 12:30 PM. I was told they would be there by 1:15PM. At 2:15 (no pickup) I called and was told I had been calling the wrong phone number (same # I used all 3 times) that I should’ve called the dispatch number which I did all 3 times. I was then told that they were extremely busy with only one car on duty. This goes against what I was told the two times before when they said it was really slow. Again I was told that I had called the wrong number. I told him I called the same number. At this point I asked if I was going to see a car. I WAS TOLD I WOULD NOT! I had to walk… VERY UNHAPPY!
