Best Buy

There are three reasons why I don’t recommend anybody to go to this location one the selection there is moderate and not really good to the people are so hard to get to where every time you see them they are either busy or they’re acting like they’re busy three the people there or the staff are so rude and try to get out of their work even though they are supposed to be working like for instance if you have a coupon for let’s say 10% off they say oh I can’t do that because of company policy well it’s your coupon why can I use it and then they reply back with Some random reason so they don’t have to do any extra work sadly the ones that are the most lazy and don’t want to do any work are the ones at the customer service especially one of the ladies there that was working tonight was a really rude and didn’t want to participate with anything I had to say and just told me I can’t do this and I can’t do that and I asked her to see a manager and she said he’s busy so yes I don’t recommend anybody to come to the store especially because of the staff there

Almost made a very large purchase (laptop and a desktop + accessories) here but we were never talked to, in the entire 25 minutes that we spent browsing around the computer area. We were also not acknowledged walking into the store or out, even though there was a clerk right there. He was on his phone instead. Terrible customer service.

Whatever you do… DO NOT order online for pickup in this store… 1. They never have your order ready 2. You wait in an even longer line than if you just walked in.

Not the most helpful or friendliest staff. And there are new and better looking best buys around town.

This is the closest Best Buy to my home, I only go here for items that are not unusual, my daughters manga videos for one. Otherwise I go to the Brentwood store, they have a larger selection of most everything. Yes, I know I can order online for an item to be shipped to the store, but that takes patience.
I utilize the Geek Squad at this location. The Brentwood store, as much as they have a better selection of items is also very chaotic. The one time I used Geek Squad there it took 45 minutes to get to the counter. The Bridgeton store has me in and out, usually in under 15 minutes, depending on the issue.

This is one of the closest Electronic stores to me. Best Buy is the only option left besides Micro Center and they are more expensive than most stores for movies but have decent deals on some things. Online stores are still cheaper.
I guess target sells electronics but nothing worth my time.
Great store and usually helpfull people. I prefure the one out at Mid Rivers because it is newer and a little better latout.
