I ordered a display case at 10AM last Thursday and I had it on my doorstep by 4PM Friday the next day. Great price and fast delivery. I am very happy with the quality of the product and the quickness it was delivered. I will be ordering from Store Supply Warehouse in the future.

This place is the best thing since sliced bread! The customer service is beyond exceptional — I had a broken piece in my order and it was replaced within 2 days of my reporting it!!! I agree with Alex P. My closet is pretty serious stuff — I don’t wear contacts and have 24 pairs of glasses — I like only department store hangers for my blouses, sweaters, pants, skirts and suits. I would highly recommend that if you want uniformity for your business or your personal closet — this place is by far and away the best. Great and fair pricing, quality products and amazing customer service. Everything about this place is 5 star! Thanks so much. My husband ordered some glass shelves. They arrived broken. We e-​mailed the customer service department that night and 48 hours later a new shipment was on our door. Thank You Amy Dunn for your prompt customer service.

I love this place! This is my store!!! I may not run a fashion boutique but I consider my closet pretty serious business. This is where I get my pant/​skirt hangers, chrome rack, coat hangers, and a bunch of other things. This is seriously my go-​to place. Can’t live without this store!
And they make everything so easy too! Usually receive the package in 1 day. Can call or email them or even do live chat. They’re open everyday but Sunday. You can go to their physical showroom or just order things online or by phone. They take many forms of payment like all credit cards (visa, MasterCard, discover, American Express), PayPal, billmelater, wire transfer, and check by phone. They’re really good! Did I also mention everything is of high quality and super cheap? Yeah… Love this place!

Ordered some tagging guns and fasteners. They arrived very quickly, but I realized they didn’t work for what I needed them to do. They sent me an online survey to complete about my order and I mentioned how unhappy I was that I got the wrong items. Dwayne responded right away and sent me the right items that would work for what I need. I was shocked at how great their customer service was! I will order supplies from them again. The product I ordered was a standing clothes rack, strong enough to hold 500 pounds. I read reviews on Unilocal beforehand, so knew to contact the store to ask specifically for them to include instructions, since they didn’t come in the box. The nice young lady who responded said she specifically requested it.
The shipment came very quickly. Today when I went to assemble it, no instructions, so I used a photo on the internet to see what it should look like. The screws, nuts and bolts come with a little wrench to tighten up everything, but don’t fit well. What resulted was a very frustrating experience. Further, if you are dissatisfied, and call the store you will be put on hold while you cool off. Calling back resulted in a nice man listening to me complain. He acknowledged that people do call complaining about the lack of instructions. If you are frustrated enough to send the product back, it’s on you to pay for wrapping and shipping.
I guess I was expecting it to be a hassle, and it was; just avoid that by having your own tools, patience, and backup hardware handy when the product arrives.

WOW, talk about speedy and great services.
I have to admit I was a bit suspect about ordering from this place after reading some mixed reviews from here. I went with my gut and ordered my merchandise and I received it within 2 days.
Here I am thinking 5 business days or so, but no…
I will definitely order from here again…
NOTE: I researched for days and other places were over priced and not even a quarter of the merchandise.

I ordered a glass retail display case, and when it got here the shelves were not included in the delivery. So I called and they sent out the shelves no questions asked. Then when the shelves did arrive, they were completely broken and I called and sent them a picture of my delivery and again they sent out more, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. This is the good old fashioned kind of business that you rarely see anymore, and I very much appreciated them making sure that everything was just right.
I am VERY pleased with my experience and would not hesitate to refer anyone to them. I will definitely use them again in the future! Great customer service!

I’ve ordered from Store Supply Warehouse twice and both times the order arrrived the very next day. I was totally blown away. I’ve just placed a third order and can’t wait for it to arrive. :) I’ve also been impressed with the level of customer service. When a few of the pieces where sent from another warehouse, I recieved a phone call that morning to notify me. The icing on the cake is getting candy with the packing slip.

Store supply charged me for 7 pounds shipping when the item was under 2 pounds makes for a much larger profit margin!

So after moving into the house we find that the previous owners took all the slatwall panel hooks away! It ended up that they could do that because they sold the house to the relocation company first before we finally bought it from the relo company.
*shakes fist*
So I had absolutely no idea what the panel was called and couldn’t find the darned hooks anywhere. Finally, one helpful Home Depot dude mentioned that the Store Supply Warehouse would DEFINITELY have it. Upon looking at their catalog it seems like they pretty much have the same stuff that’s typical of any store supply place (those catalogs were all over the house when I was a kid).
However, the people here were super friendly and the lady there was up for a conversation while I was waiting for my order. I only got a couple hooks as I’m still populating the garage, but I’ll definitely be thumbing through their catalog for anything else I might be needing.
