Cheap checks, but they throw a $ 7 «handling fee» on right at the end, after you’ve already typed in all your info. Hoping you’ll figure that you’re committed at that point and just accept that charge anyway. No thanks, I’ll go elsewhere.

I’m an accountant and order checks all the time for my clients. Carousel by far has been the most affordable. They have always come as specified. They are Quickbooks compatible and have worked perfectly and look professional. If you need your checks to be on a thick high quality paper, these might not be the ones for you but the printing and options are still very professional. As with any place that is custom order it has the same standards with canceling, re-​orders, and shipping details. I’ve even got shipping confirmation hours after I placed an order so don’t expect them to eat all the costs if you need to cancel. I’ve actually had their customer service call me before and confirm an odd order as well. I have made them my go to place and highly recommend them.

Ordered checks & address labels specific to the awareness organization that my son suffers from. Searched many places online and thought this was the best. They arrived in the mail. Check print quality was very poor and border cut off. Address labels looked cheap and were run through a printer and had the top row of each page of labels cut off. Customer service page says they’re open until 8pm CST. We call 7:50pm CST and voicemail says they closed at 5. I read about their return policy and restocking fees and I am not encouraged. The products they sent us are sub-​par quality, printed incorrectly & do not represent the organization we hold so dearly as parents of a special needs child. Very disappointed. Hoping for a positive response as we need new checks ASAP.

I placed on online order and then immediately had second thoughts because the checks were twice the cost that Costco charges. I sent and email and called to cancel. They charged $ 5 for the privilege of canceling. Totally Bogus. Check out costco — you’ll be much happier.

Very easy ordering steps and affordable service, my business checks came on time as it showed in my order. I also got some extra gift cards in the box. I would totally order again from them and recommend them to anyone.

The fastest check order I have ever received using just general delivery. That is quite a feat as I now live in a rural SW Alaskan village and nothing gets here quickly. I will definitely use Carousel again and recommend them to others.

Needed really cheap checks. Ordered really cheap checks. Affordable shipping that included a tracking number and got here quickly. They sent out an e-​mail that let me know when it shipped and included a link to the tracking so I could easily track it without having to put in a tracking number. No complaints here!

3^rd or 4^th time ordering manual business checks through Carousel now. Perfect every time, and less expensive than any other company I have checked. Thank you for a hassle-​free transaction every time!

WORST COMPANY EVER!!! DON’T ORDER FROM THEM!!! PERIOD!!!
I placed an order with them online and order process is really easy. I ordered Labels and Checks and only received the checks. I emailed nicely asking about my my labels, and they said that they mailed them separately. OK fine with me so I waited patiently. Over 2 weeks later, still no labels. I emailed them again and no response. LIKE SERIOUSLY NO RESPONSE!!! THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY AND STILL I DO NOT HAVE MY LABELS.
LIKE I SAID FROM MY TITLE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I made a mistake ordering my checks. MY MISTAKE!!! They printed new checks for me and only charged me for the shipping. How nice is that. Bill and his supervisor are awesome. Thank you for your kindness.
You should also know that the regular price of my order is about $ 50 including shipping. QuickBooks charges $ 251 plus shipping. That is not a typo. Five times less expensive and an act of kindness as well.

This company is awesome. They are way cheaper than going directly through my bank (Bank of America) and I was able to easily make a custom designed check for my company Evolution Music! I’m located in Orland Park and they’re just down the street so I was able to skip the shipping and just pick up directly! Customer service was super fast and accommodating! Two thumbs up!

I sent an order form to buy checks and expensive cover. Pretty simple. Someone call me «double check» my form. I knew, I was trouble. Finally, I receive my checks, my name was wrong and no cover. I e-​mail them, 2 x, no respond. Unfortunately, I order again (different co.). Usually, I research co’s. Thought, should be OK, to do order form (I did it before).…I was wrong. Terrible customer service.. . NEVER order this co. again..

I finally switched banks and needed new checks, and I Googled the various check companies to find the cheapest checks I could find (who even writes more than a couple of checks a month anyhow)?? I would have just re-​ordered from the company I had always ordered from, but they refused to allow me to place a «new order» without printing my address on the checks, and since I will be moving soon, I wanted NO ADDRESS on the checks (as I have had for several years, which they have printed as such).
But a «new order» is considered a new bank too, unfortunately.
Anyhow, Carousel Checks would print exactly what I wanted, a good price for just the basic checks (read: cheap) and just 7 days later 125 checks arrived in my mailbox, so I guess I have enough checks for about 7 years. No problems at all — as with the previous posters, thankfully — I checked the routing numbers and am good to go.

I would not use Carousel Checks again!
I swear I double, triple checked when I placed my order to ensure accurate information. When they sent me my checks, the last 3 digits of my account number had fallen off somewhere. I called them to inform them and they said they would reprint my checks and all I would have to pay is the shipping fee. To my surprise, they didn’t reprint all my checks just half of my order. Try another company… Judging on these other comments there are better services out there…

Carousel Checks came to my attention when i noticed their phone number amongst my printed checks. website also shown as

called (800)355−8123 in the evening. ordered checks. waited a week. called them later to check on status. was informed they mailed checks to bank.
bank claimed no knowledge. checked for a week. same response
notifified Carousel again. they said they would send out checks again to my home address. .
friday, bank informs me they found my checks. they were given to the wrong person.
got them back.
call carousel in the afternoon to cancel the checks. they told me the duplicate checks would be free, no charge
that’s customer service!
