This is the worst place ever! Terrible customer service, they argue with you and tell you «whatever» to your points. They practically held my iPad hostage for a week and a half and then kept telling me to wait and they’d call the technician and would never call me back. I was told by Ozzy that my iPad would have it back in 2 days tops. The day I pick it up, the man tells me he has to run to the other store for if. The 2^nd to worst part, they put a password on it and expected me to figure it out. I made them reset it while in the store. The major worst part is for ALL of my headaches, they have me a lousy $ 5 discount. How insulting. I WILL NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEN OR IFIX MOBILE ON HARLEM NEAR 95^th again! Ozzy and the team have the worst manners and have no concern for customers. Then I go to pay with my credit card and they say their machine is broken. I didn’t bring my ATM card. Its not my problem that your machine is down. After calling and getting the police involved, and then trying the credit card machine a few times, The credit card machine miraculously started working again. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. Thank you to the Bridgeview police for their assistance.

Very bad experience. They know nothing about phones. I buy from imobile a broken phone and they dont wont to return it.
