Terrible service. A staff took down my name and someone will be with me shortly. There are probably 4 or 5 groups of customers in the store, I waited 25 minutes and nobody came to me, all the while a couple of employees just standing around and chatting to each other. How do you make your customers wait while the employees do nothing? It just seemed there is terrible efficiency in this store. Very frustrating experience. As comparison I went to the Apple Store in the same mall for an iphone problem, and was helped after a 5 min wait while the store was CROWDED with customers. They took care of the problem in another 15 min.

Short Version: Great phone… Long Version: …terrible reception. Don’t get me wrong; the service here was great. Chris Whitcomb was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions patiently and expertly. I would definitely take my business here again, as far as hardware goes. Now if only the phone service was better. Why, AT&T, why? How have you not figured this problem out yet? That’s why my rating is four stars, and not five. Everyone already knows about your product, so why not spend some of that advertising money on improving your signal instead of commercials that have already reached us?

I came to this location after finally caving and agreeing to upgrade my Razor phone to a smart phone. The folks here– I was helped by Herman and John – are knowledgeable, honest and patient. With their input and my very basic needs, I was able to pick a phone that I’m already in love with. Could not recommend these folks enough.
