I have been going to Bridgewater Motorworks for years. The staff is friendly, informative, and professional. They always take the time to explain what is wrong with your car. I appreciate that they never try to get you to have unnecessary work done. The service is always quick and the prices are the best around. I know that any little or big problem I have, I can stop by and they will fit me in and get me on my way as quick as possible. This is a great local shop that truly cares about their customers.

First experience was great! Thought I needed more than I thought. I usually do that a bit to test a new place knowing there’s nothing wrong. Anywhere else, they would take advantage. Friendly, courteous and Wifi :) I’ll be back

This place was so great! My windshield broke suddenly and they fixed it right away. They didn’t try to sell me anything and I was out of there in less than 10 min. I was really impressed with their awesome customer service and I’ll definitely be going back for anything else I need.

We were new to the area this Fall and our 2006 Hyundai needed some long-​awaited TLC… a neighbor recommended Bridgewater Motorworks and we couldn’t be happier. The front office staff was very friendly and efficient, and the shop is very visible from outside and the lobby. The folks went over the car with a fine-​toothed comb and suggested most of the things we had already suspected were needed (new tires, brakes, and an alignment).
They also noted the car was in need of valve cover replacements, but there was absolutely no pressure and they explained the options (and repercussions). We didn’t choose to fix that immediately, but after researching the topic (and estimates) we ultimately returned to have this fixed, too.
The staff and mechanics seem very competent, patient, and honest; that last term is hard to write in an auto shop review, but based on my experiences this fall, I trust them.
We’ll definitely return.

Bridgewater Motorworks is an extremely professional car care center. The staff was sincere and courteous to my every need. If you are looking for a place to handle your every car need… this is the place!

Let me preface by saying that I just stopped in for minor work that I normally do myself, so I am reviewing based only on this experience and cannot speculate about the quality of their work for actual repairs. This is the first time I have had someone else do an oil change on this car, and it went well!
They were quick to greet me and brought my car in right away. The waiting area has free WiFi, so I was able to get some work done for the few minutes I was there. The service writer, Brian, was super nice and helpful. When he needed information from me, he walked around the counter and came to my seat instead of asking me to come up-​how chivalrous! I also overheard him on the phone with several customers, and he was consistently polite, honest and patient while describing services needed or performed. I overheard a few price quotes for parts as well, and they were definitely very reasonable for the parts he discussed.
When everything was done, they pulled my car around to the door, literally just a few feet from me. In addition to the oil change & tire rotation I requested, they topped of all fluids (standard), as well as vacuumed the carpets & cleaned the windows (above & beyond). The pricing is probably just a few dollars higher than the average, but I found the entire service experience to be far above average so it was absolutely worth it.
My only gripe, which is completely normal and I actually would’ve been surprised otherwise, is that they don’t put the mileage on the interval sticker that matches what the make & model call for-​they just put 3,000 miles by default. Twenty years ago this would be okay, but engine oil has a «life cycle» and most newer engines run for a few thousand miles longer than this before the oil will complete its full cycle. If you change it way too early, it actually doesn’t clean the engine as well. But, no big deal and definitely not worth deducting a star! For anyone needing minor to regular maintenance, I highly recommend.

Love this place. Fast, efficient, no BS or pressure. Hard to find a auto repair place you can trust but here it is.

Fast and affordable. Why the two stars? Because I called twice to get a quote on work they said I needed. Both times I was told they’d call me «right back». This was six months ago.

Love this place. Best walk-​in oil change performed by knowledgeable professionals. Tires regulated with nitrogen, interior vacuumed, windows cleaned and all is included with your oil and filter change. I drive 20 minutes to their shop because its just worth it.
