History

Established in 2013.

Maid at the Beach was produced out of necessity. We found our household was entirely too busy with two jobs, two kids, birthday parties, sports activities and schoolwork to find any time to clean our house thoroughly or at all really. When we decided we needed outside help, we were pretty shocked at the limited number of reputable cleaning services in our area. Most were large companies with no ties to the Jersey Shore. Just a website with an 800 number and an estimate form to fill out online. Pretty frustrating.

​It was through this frustration that Maid at the Beach started to take shape. We needed a local company who was small enough to provide detailed customer service and flexible cleaning times, but big enough to handle even the messiest of jobs. We decided to partner with other locals who had experience in the cleaning industry and create our vision.
