Clean and well organized are the obvious high points but zeros across the board regarding customer interactions and relationships.
When looking for a $ 60. to $ 80. bottle of an Italian Tuscan wine cloaked in a $ 600 jacket I guess I never regarded my appearance as suspicious, a potential thief. But behind their 2X3 counter I could feel the one eye each on me the other affixed to the tiny bowl of wet noodles. But with all of the mirrors two felt like twenty two, which is too many. I bought a $ 7.00 bottle of Chianti and left quickly knowing full well I shall procure my wine needs elsewhere.
