BIGGEST SCAMMERS!!! They destroyed all our expensive furniture and when we tried calling asking for a solution and to find out who was going to be responsible and pay for all the damages they were rude, disrespectful and pretty much didn’t care to give an answer. The owner said go ahead and sue cause you will lose anyway. Seems as if they are experts on this matter!!!
STAY AWAY FROM ALL PRO MOVING AND STORAGE LLC — TYRONE TENNYSON! We tried taking them to court but when we went to serve the papers we found out they don’t even have an actual company address. It is a UPS box !!!
If someone knows where to find these lowlifes please help us find them so we can serve them papers and hopefully get something back for all the damages we would really appreciate it.
That’s not to mention they showed up 2 hours late from the time scheduled, they took time off on our clock and off course asked to be paid cash using «the credit card machine broke» as an excuse. We are so angry and disappointed !!!

This company is awesome! I had a move scheduled early on a Sunday morning in September. Late Saturday evening when I went to pick up my keys from my new rental, the property was a disaster. I had to cancel my move last minute. All Pro was super understanding and accommodating. I wasn’t able to reschedule my move until the landlord cleaned up my new place and therefore ended up scheduling my new moving date without much notice. Again, All Pro was extremely accommodating. Victor, Mike & Tony showed up on time, loaded the truck at lightning speed, set up my new place, and never took a break. Not only did they complete my move in the agreed upon time frame, they were great guys. Next move these are the people I will be working with!

The movers were scheduled to come to our house at 9 am. They never came. Unbelievable. When I called to confirm a few days before, (which they were supposed to do), the scheduler, Rose asked if the movers could come later in the day, at 2 – 4 pm. I told her we needed the originally scheduled time, which she agreed to.
On the moving day, she called at 8:30 to tell me they were having «mechanical issues» and now, the movers would not be there until 2−4pm. It seemed suspicious, to say the least, that our moving time had been pushed back because a truck conveniently broke down.
When they didn’t show up at 4, nobody called us. We called her, and Rose now said they would be there between 5 – 7. At 7, when still no one had arrived, they did not contact us, we had to call them to discover that no one was going to move us today or tomorrow. I have used them before with success, but they have since become the worst moving company ever. No show and no communication. I would have preferred them being upfront and honest by telling us they were not coming so we could have made other arrangements.

BEWARE!!! Never ever use this company! Charged me 3 men for ten hours almost a grand! Did not even complete the move! Should have called police to have them escorted off the property! Too many negatives to list. Taking to court. Yes it was that bad. I was in tears and owner TY would never get on the phone with me. Maybe he will talk in court. Seriously, stay far far far away from this place! Worst experience of my life!!! And I don’t mean just moving experience! Zero stars though Unilocal makes u put one!

I’m very disappointed in this company. Unfortunately this company came to me recommended by someone that I trust. This company was very unprofessional and quoted one time frame to complete the job and took 12 hours to move my 2 bedroom townhome from Centennial to another location.
The crew was laughing and fumbling around while spending my hard earned money! It was like they quoted one prices and did everything possible to make much more money because they took their sweet time to move my belongings and even misquoted the amount of trips it was going to take per the initial walk through while onsite before starting the job. We were quoted 6 – 7 hrs to move everything and it took double the amount of time.
After everything was packed they were to come directly to our new home and drove directly in front of our home and went to a different place then proceeded to another location and we didn’t know where the guys disappeared to for about 45 minutes. Finally, I got in touch with the owner who contacted his driver and then I received a call stating that they couldn’t find my home (WTF?)
Once they showed up they wanted to be more efficient and unload the truck from my front driveway on to the roof and go through one of the upstairs bedrooms to save time instead of using the stairs. I yelled at lead mover and told him to use the stairs. Furthermore, while trying to remove my screen in the upstairs window he broke my screen.
They continued to scratch my master bed headboard and stairway banisters while trying to lift my furniture upstairs and around the corner to get to the bedrooms.
I’ve used Two Men and a Truck the last two times I’ve moved and they blew these guys away!
After all of that, they only discounted the price $ 35.00 and I had much more damage done and they didn’t want to make it right. I’m filing paperwork with my attorney and will be contacting the Secretary of State and any regulatory entities that I can regarding this company. No one should experience dissatisfaction from any company like this.

Because there is no checks going through the banking system. I absolutely hated this experience! This company sucks because the owner operates unethically in my experience.
NOTE at the time of this post 7÷21÷13 the company is delinquent on the filing with the Colorado Secretary of State.

Were supposed to arrive between 10 and noon. After 4 phone calls (after noon), they finally showed up at 1:45PM. Never an apology or call from them to say «running late». They were supposed to be moving a console piano. Two men show up, or rather one man and a boy who appear to be 16. no way were they going to be able o move the piano, nor did they claim to know about it. This after specifically telling them when we scheduled and they confirmed and addressed it in 4 different phone conversations. They offered to come back with the right crew 3 days later to move it and wanted to charge another truck fee of $ 95 even though it was their screw up. How could I trust them to show up on time three days later? I ended up paying «professionals» $ 275 to get the piano moved and the best All pro offered was a $ 17 credit. Joke. I used these guys in the past but will never again. Apparently their crew and management has changed and they are extremely unorganized. Never again and I mean it. Beware. Oh, and cash only. Did you hear that IRS?

I used this company last year to move my home into storage. They sent 2 gentlemen who were very professional and easy to work with. I will def use them again when I get ready yo move my belongings again and reccomend this company to everyone…

I am very Disappointed in this company. There is significant damage made to my friends furniture during the move. Also, there were more moving fees attached to the final bill that was not disclosed initially. If you are going to give a person an estimate there is no reason why the extra fees should not have been disclosed before the moving company moved my friend. The final bill was much higher than actually first quoted. I do not recommend this company to anyone! Maybe the move would have taken less time if they had not stooped at Taco Bell during my the. Not Cool… I am looking forward to reading the «movers» Unilocal review of Taco Bell, should be good! These guys only take cash, I think my next post will be on the Colorado Department of Revenue website!
