I want to give this place minus stars. Customer service is no where in their vocabulary! They are also very willing to take full advantage of a young college girl. We had reserved a trailer for Saturday pickup, late Friday we called to ask if we could get it tonight to load up if it wasn’t rented. They told her yes and when she got there they charged her another day then treated her like a complete idiot. Took her dad getting involved to get them to reserve the charge. So many rude arrogant employees. We will not be back and will tell everyone about the awful experience. Shame on you D&H! 24 hours later and no reversal of charges for a traitor she never used!!!
