Don’t bother to get off the highway. Service is slow. Staff is rude. Horrible bad experience. So nice is right on highway 85.

I love the ice cream just hate the service I was buying a Carmel blizzard and they gave me a banana split. That’s not at all what I ordered! I hate it when they mess it up. If they mess it up when your there ask for the right one and then when they ask for cash say you lost my ice cream is lost your cash and walk away. Hope this helps! LOL

Ok, this has happened 2x now and had to update my previous review. The line are long and they make many many mistakes. $ 4 for a large chocolate cone and it looked like a little child’s cone. OMG! And they would not fix it. I stood there and made a comment that I should just throw it in the trash and they gave me this strange look (that’s right .you messed up my order again). The manager does nothing and appears that everyone could care lees… Just push you though the line. Well next time I will drive 5 min down the road for «other» ice cream. And why? I don’t like to get ripped off

Recently dined at the Brighton DQ via the drive through. I had the Chicken strip dinner and was disappointing. Over cooked chicken, Texas toast that was really Texas wonder bread, and the Orange Julius was not like any Orange Julius I’ve ever had… off. All in all bad, and had I not been down the road ten miles I’d have taken it all back. An email to the restaurant went unanswered. Stick the the buster bars as they come pre-​made and can’t be easily ruined by uncaring staff and management.
Just an update. I stopped by again today and I have to say this store was improved 100%. I had the current DQ promotion, the $ 5 lunch deal. The Burger was thick, fresh and hot. Crisp lettuce and onion. The Fries were crisp and hot. Very nice. Also included a 20 oz pepsi and a sundae, though they didn’t have butterscotch, only a caramel sauce. The service was prompt and friendly. I will stop again. It was a good experience, much better than my last! Good job Brighton DQ!
