Bought a car about 2 ½ months ago. Leaked from the start they said they would fix it and never happened. Took the Mini Cooper to the dealership down in Englewood and found out it has more leaks than you can count on one hand.

Many things wrong with the car I discovered after 3 days (leather seats completely fell apart after driving for 3 days). 6 months later and no resolve. Finally talked to a manager and was basically told I drove it off the lot without seeing the problems and it’s an old car. They will fix it if I pay «their cost». Very unsatisified and I would not recommend them to anyone needing a quaility vehicle.

Went here on a few occasions, and ended up buying a Subaru from Phil. I don’t mind the car (despite the few issues I’ve had), what not a fan of is how much I was lied to. I «won» $ 10 on the wheel spin they have, and they couldn’t even gives the $ 10. They promised an oil change, yet I had to get one elsewhere. They told me they would be paying for the title/​plate fees since I was paying such a huge interest and amount. I just got home from the dmv about 15 minutes ago and am now out $ 200. I’ve had to get temp tags 3 times due to them incorrectly filling out their paperwork. After months of dealing with this, I wish I would have gone elsewhere. They seem to act like they care, and do nothing to resolve their problems. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
