Ian Flanagan Electrician

We bought ceiling fans that needed to be installed (one in the living room, one in the bedroom). I was referred to Ian Flanagan by my real estate attorney, Ellie Vining. After a little back and forth over email, I set up an appt for Friday morning at 8:30 (on July 5^th, which was a very hot day!). One of Ian’s staff, Seamus showed up right on time, moved his equipment in after taking a look at the lighting fixtures and got right to work.
He took about two hours, was extremely nice and cleaned up really well. I asked him a question about our breaker box since we’d been having some minor issues and he explained what was happening.
I paid with a credit card simply because we were out of checks and I did this with Ian over the phone. Beware– if you pay with a credit card, you pay the 2−3% fee that Ian gets charged for the transaction, done with Square. We paid $ 280.12 total, which I thought was reasonable.
Ian will email with you, but I have a feeling that calling him directly is the quickest way to get things set up. He’s got an aol address– that should tip you off.
We liked the work we had done. Seamus was great and I’d hire Ian again if we need more work done. Thumbs up!
