Pinos? More like PeYes hah… *starts sweating* this is my go-to joint for grabbing a quick slice and they never disappoint. You shell out a few bucks and 2 min later you have a hot slice of no frills pizza. It also has a really nostalgic feel to it, almost a Western MA kind of depressed interior. All the employees look dead inside and the dusty menu hasn’t been updated in 30 years; it’s great. Nice rock hard church pew style wooden booths for that just-rode-horseback-cross-country-on-a-butt-plug-saddle feeling. The next time I’m sucking on some pepperoni nips I’ll be closing my eyes and pretending it’s Pino himself.

Best pizza in Cleveland circle/BC area. They are priced very reasonably. The pizza is very good. It’s thin but has a good crust and good crunch to it. Perfect any time of the day or night.

simply the best. Have been coming here for 40 plus years now dating back to when was a kid then all throughout high school, college, and beyond. Consistently great, fresh ingredients, great recipe, great service, clean. I know people who own pizza shops in other parts of Boston that come here to eat.

How have I never reviewed Pino’s?! This was our absolute favorite place for 7 years(16 for my husband) when we lived in the area. Even after moving a few towns away, we compare all other pizza to Pino’s, and while some have come close, none have been as good. I’m bummed to read the recent bad reviews… We ordered from here for the first time in a year. It was still tasty, but the sauce tasted different and the crust seemed harder. It wasn’t as amazing as I remember, unfortunately. Granted, it was a 20-minute ride home, so I wasn’t surprised that it wasn’t hot(it came fresh out of the oven, so that’s not their fault). But I don’t think it’s worth the drive there and back when there are good places in town. Still giving it 5 stars though because maybe it’s better if you eat in or don’t live so far away. And it was amazing for YEARS.

Best pizza in Boston, this is the most similar I’ve got to the original Italian one, it’s actually just as perfect, I’d pick them over any other in Boston, including North End’s.

Very good pizza and salads, haven’t had anything else but everything is right about it, nice thin crust, just right amount of topping, really good sauce. Salad made fresh and great dressing. Plenty of choice for toppings on pizza and prices good.

Totally shocked that Pino’s doesn’t have more reviews. This place is a living legend and a staple for late night pizza and subs. Great food and they are open until 1/130am. I recently discovered how great their turkey subs are… mmmm.

Slow delivery to Brookline(80 minutes) when told it would be 35 minutes. Two workers told me they did not receive my order. When I talked to the manager, he said it would arrive in 4 minutes. The pizza did arrive and was very good however the business really needs to work on their communication, order and delivery system.

One of my personal favorite pizza shops. Been coming here regularly since I was a kid The setting: No frills pizzaria. Its great. Spacious booths to accomodate the bazillions of hungry BC kids. Photos of local youth soccer teams and all the clichés. Huge fluerescent sign out front has become a landmark of Cleveland Circle The staff: Mostly friendly, and just pushy enough without being rude older dudes with a variety of accents. Again, classic neighborhood pizzaria. I don’t care how many times you’ve been there, unless you work on the T next door, they’re not going to remember your name kid, there’s a million other students around and they ALL look like you. I love it. The Food!: Star of the show. Some of the BEST pizza in Boston. The balance between the just salty enough, chewy but not gooey cheese, and the near perfect semi-sweet sauce MAKES the pie. Perfect, and i mean PERFECT ratio. Crust is delicious, but can sometimes be a little chewy for my liking. I get a large cheese at LEAST once a week, and im telling you, its the same damn pie everytime. CONSISTENCY!!! I haven’t done too much research into the rest of the menu but ill speak to what I know. I was thoroughly impressed with the meatball, and even more so with the«panini». Ok, its not a panini, but a caprese sub with prosciutto. But gosh darn if it isnt a killer. Fresh tom, mozz, perfect amount of basil, and surprisingly nice prosciutto. Knockout. The cajun fries kind of suck :(. Decent portion, which can be said for the entire menu!), kinda gnarly spicing, but just a crappy, crappy fry. Step it up guys. Final verdict: Awesome. Pino’s is a consistent, delicious, moderately priced pizza joint, that over the years has developed into an local institution. It’s not Santarpios, but its not trying to be. Pinos of Cleveland Circle, you get the Nat Stamp.

I ordered delivery twice over the weekend. The first time we ordered two steak subs. I was surprised the steak sub comes with full slices of meat. It reminded me of the frozen steak you can get at the grocer. There was lots of this meat but it was bland. This was quite different than other steak subs. My friend, who had a loaded sub, said that the loaded subs taste much better and stated the difference was huge. I love the ability to order online and the time estimate for delivery arrival which is on the website’s order form. They have printable menus and cleverly done menu. Second meal was much better. I had the spaghetti dinner which came with bread, butter and HEAPING quantity of spaghetti as well as HUGE garden salad, which was meal in itself. My friend had the shells which were excellent. They are friendly when you order on phone also. Will order again and truly impressed with variety, organisational skills, and gigantic portions. Super place. I love that handy portable credit card machine. Dinner was $ 27 without tax for 2 meals but worth it. Lunch was $ 24, so this should be 2 stars for price. I tipped drivers extra(above charges for delivery) as I live up a lot of stairs and they deserve it for that alone, but. food delivery was neat, packed food handled carefully too!

BESTPIZZAAROUND! You can not beat this sicilian pizza. I recommend a large sausage and pepperoni sicilian pizza. Costs you about 19 bucks without delivery and nothing, and I mean nothing! compares to it. Not even the delicious Pizza Hut pan pizza, in terms of crust.

It was about 8.50 for a large steak and extra cheese sub and a can of soda. I was going to take a picture when I got it, but when they called my order in less than ten minutes it looked so tasty that I was overwhelmed and devoured it. That was my bad.

Hard as plastic and dry as cardboard. Paid for extra sauce. Here is the picture of my extra sauce pizza. Can’t imagine what a normal sauce would be…

Best pizza in Boston!!! I love how they thinly slice their sausage into little rounds! The cheesy goodness loaded with the crunchy bites of pepperoni and sausage is literally perfect! The sausage taste like they just freshly shaved it off right there and then. It’s so fresh! They also have the best steak in cheese in Boston!!! But I’ll post a pic and write about that another time.

Los Angeles is great and all, but all we have here are lame fancy«artisan» pizzas that are no doubt tasty, but cannot be compared to a simple slice of NY-style cheese. The closest I can get to that in LA is probably at Costco or Sbarro(so sad). With that said, I didn’t expect to find bomb pizza in Boston, but after drinking all day, running on alcohol, and not wanting to walk far, we walked across the street from our friend’s place and got pizza from Pino’s. During a 3-day stay in Brighton, I came here twice to get pizza. Actually, twice in one night. So good and so cheap. One slice was around $ 2. I can’t imagine paying that little for pizza anywhere else!(Especially in LA. Are you getting that pizza in LA sucks yet?) Service is great. The older staff is quite intimidating(they’re the type of Italian men you don’t want to piss off) and they don’t smile much, but at the end of the day, they still want you to be a happy customer.

I’ve ordered from her a few times and their delivery and food are consistent and tasty. This is my go-to place when I want a good Sicilian pizza and spicy fries. I usually get mushrooms on top which are fresh and good. The pizza dough is nice and soft and it gives me leftovers for days. The Sicilian had 12 slices the first time and 9 the second time I ordered which might have to do with the first time me ordering half and half. Anyway the Sicilian pizza is worth a try if you have it in your budget to spring for it. It would feed at least 4 people comfortably. I also order the Cajun fries which are not your traditional spicy or curly fries. They are regular fries with some Cajun seasoning on them which I would give a 4 out of 5. Still worth ordering for sure though if you like any kind of spicy fries or regular fries. Overall this is a solid pizza place but again all I’ve had from them are the Sicilian pizza and Cajun fries. Delivery is usually fairly fast as well. Usually 30 – 45 minutes.

I think I’ve gained weight since moving back to Brighton. This place is very convenient and the food is very good. Granted I’ve only had pizza and a ham sandwich but based on those two items I’d say the rest of the menu is also good too. I’ve never had take out so I can’t comment on that. Often I’ll get off the T at Cleveland Circle, grab a slice or two of pizza and start on my walk home. It’s very convenient, they’re friendly inside, they take pride in what they do and the food is great and reasonably priced. You can’t really go wrong with that. On top of that, the sandwich that I’ve had is good too. Can’t go wrong with a ham sandwich with some hots on it. I’m a huge fan. But the pizza is probably the best pizza I’ve had since moving back to Brighton after a 5 year move to Revere.(Pizza in Revere sucks)

I am updating my review because I have ordered here a couple times recently and have been so disappointed! The pizza tastes like it was an old cheese pizza that was sitting around and covered with the toppings I ordered. The crust has been so tough and chewy. The cheese also has tasted different the last couple times. This used to be my go-to pizza place but I think I will skip it for awhile.
