Please don’t go here. It’s literally the worst laundromat I can ever imagine. It’s extremely expensive, the machines never work and I’ve never seen anybody work here. The experience is so terrible I feel as if the owners are running an experiment or something.

This place is actually the worst. I live in an apartment across the street(I can literally see into the place), but I have to find somewhere else to go. Prices have gone up in the two months I have lived in this area to $ 4 for one normal load of laundry, and $ 5 for a «double load,» which is hardly any bigger. As someone mentioned before, drying is 25 cents for four minutes of drying time. I want to meet the people who own and operate this establishment(I have never seen anyone work here), because they are truly taking advantage of students and young professionals, such as myself. Charging someone $ 4 for a normal size load of wash in a rundown, disgusting facility is really just unkind.

$ 3.75 for regular load wash. $.25 for FOUR mins drying time Accepts credit cards. Which I suggest using as quarters don’t always go thru and are never returned. i. e you can put in eight but only get three that register. I abhor giving 1 star reviews but this place is begging for it.

I can’t believe I stepped foot into this place. Bad washing machines, horrible dryers, the smell, and the complete lack of anything that looks helpful. Almost ten dollars for a wash/dry, where your clothes still smell if they are gym attire and still wet(not damp, WET) after a 40 minute dry. STAYCLEAR.

I also was charged 14 dollars for a half hour wash. There are no signs explaining the extra charge for using a credit or debit card. They might as well be stealing money from everyone who decides to use their card. Never go to this place, it is a scam!!!

Suds-Zo… customer service thy name is not. With so many laundromat options in the vicinity(walk down Sutherland Road, or up Comm Ave), you should consider another option, even if it involves a little bit more of a walk. If you are interested in a laundromat which will rip you off, then I would encourage you to go to Suds-Zo. Their machines charge $ 4.25 for a load in a big washer, and $ 0.25÷4 minutes for their big dryers. Well… that’s what you think. Their credit card machines automatically charge you $ 14.00, regardless of what amount you actually use. Meaning I essentially paid for 224 minutes. I guess I should probably have brought my 58 inch thick rug to dry. I called their«customer service» phone number to explain that I had been overcharged by their machines. The delightful woman who picked up the call explained this was my problem, and that Suds-Zo wouldn’t do anything. No refund, no credit. Just a big fuck you, we have $ 14.00 you won’t ever see again, have a nice day! What a treat she was. So thank you Suds-Zo. I will think of you the next time I need to use a dryer for 4 consecutive hours.
