Great service and reliable company, the technician named Freddy he was quickly and direct about the problem and prices, he was very professional, he came at time. I highly recommended this company, the technician was able to repair the furnace the same day right then.

Fantastic. We got great service. A man named Manuel came out exactly at the time I expected. He was very professional and did a stellar diagnosis. There was one part that malfunctioning. I asked him to put it back in to make sure it wasn’t the connections, like rebooting a computer, and he did and it still didn’t work so I was convinced the part needed replacing. They had the part in stock in Brisbane and Manuel was back within the hour. He’s a quiet and smart man who calmly explained how things work and why it malfunctioned. The total cost was $ 265. I don’t know about the rest of the company but this guy was really good.

Completely useless. Indicated that they would be here in a two hour window and then failed to show. Called back to find out what was going on and was told that they would be here in an hour. Here I am 2 hours later and still no one.
Avoid them like the plague.

Recommended expensive repairs that were not needed. Full page ad in yellow pages! I was happy to get a same day appointment and then no one showed up. When I called they said a mistake was made and my appointment was never booked.
Came out the next day. Our heater was back firing when starting up. Without even opening the heater the guy recommended we replace our entire ignition system for $ 535 and if that did work to replace the entire furnace for $ 1,900. Our heater wasn’t having problems starting it just backfired when first starting up so I did not understand why a new ignition system was being recommended and was suspicious as to why they never even opened up our heaters burner system before making such an expensive recommendation. I paid the $ 65 fee for them coming out and decided to get another opinion. Soo glad I did.
Called Associated heating (found on Unilocal) and they came out same day and pulled apart our heater and in five minutes discovered we had a worn burner. Replaced it and heater works great ($ 300). Ignition is fine so if we had gone with AC Heating and replaced the ignition it would have not solved our problem and they would be recommending replacing the entire furnace.
