HORROR AND ABUSE!!!
DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR ANIMALS. IF YOU LOVE AND CARE FOR THEM, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND THEM AS WELL. Athena is my siberian Huskies name, when I came to pick her up not only was I given a brush to do the job right but she left with a big scar on her tummy from this women who calls herself a pet groomer. A close family friend just brought their mix breed lab here a few days back and the same thing happened… a big scar. When questioned she claimed that it was «their before hand». Not only is this place small and dirty but the groomer or owner is terrible at what she does. Being handed a grooming tool and told to «see if you can do it yourself she wont stop shedding» is a damn joke. Trust me when I say do not go to this place, and if you do check your beloved furry family member for scratches and cuts because I can guarantee they will leave with one. Every time I drive by I am in utter shock to see her lights still on. Save your money and the guarantee of your animal being cut and bruised. Do NOT go off the last review because it is false and she is probably a friend of the owner. I wouldn’t be wasting my time right now writing this long review if I didn’t feel so strong about this.
If you love your furry member of the family then save them from the HORROR and ABUSE they will endure at clippers and shears!!!

I have two cats. The crazy black one is a domestic long hair. Did I mention she was crazy? I love her to death but she is very skittish and will hiss, foam at the mouth and scratch without needing much provocation. So imagine my surprise when I took her to Clippers and Shears and it ended up being a positive experience. This is a very small grooming shop. The owner does all the grooming and she was wonderful. She somehow kept my girl calm during the bath, fur combing, and claw clipping. This is the same cat who once jumped on my head and held on to my scalp for dear life with her claws the last time she wanted to let me know she didn’t care for baths. Needless to say it was $ 50 well spent.
