I am so disappointed with H&R Block. I filed me taxes (took 2 whole hours) and three weeks there still is no refund in my account. I call them up at 9am they did not call me back. I call the next morning and they try to tell em that they will call me back. I refuse to hang up because I want answers… where is my check? They tell me they have been waiting on a signature, so they never filed them. I did not get a phone call, email, letter or anything to know that they were waiting on a signature. I signed everything while I was there 3 weeks ago. GREAT EXCUSE! I’m never going back. Turbotax it is.
