History

Established in 2008.

Holston IT was founded by Tim and Alison Meredith, and currently serves more than 100 clients in the Tri Cities region and beyond. We repair, install, and maintain computers & networks throughout Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia.

The biggest obstacle Holston IT faces when acquiring new clients is a lack of trust. Many small businesses have been plagued by unresponsiveness, slowness, and lack of expertise on the part of computer support companies. To overcome this obstacle, we offer two incentives: two free hours of service to every new small business client and a satisfaction double guarantee for every job.

We employ 5 professionals including a Microsoft System Engineer, Microsoft Messaging Specialist, A+ certified technician, Network Support Tech, and an ASP .NET developer

Business Owner

Tim Meredith is the founder and lead computer engineer of Holston IT. He has both Network+ and A+ Certifications from CompTIA, and he is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. His two decades of experience includes working at Razorfish, where he managed the Windows deployments for 18 offices worldwide.
