Jim’s Philly Soft Pretzel Express

Jim’s is located at the busy intersection of Otter Street and Route 413 next to a Cigar Shop/​Convenience store. I came in for a quick, inexpensive lunch, meaning a row of soft pretzels. Around where I live there are tons of Philly Pretzel Factories and I love them all. I’ve never been disappointed with one. This however, also a chain, but didn’t match Philly Pretzel Factory. The pretzels were sitting out in bins like donuts/​bagels, unlike Philly Pretzel Factory’s heat lamps. The food was inexpensive as expected (they’re pretzels). I got back to the office and started to eat… sigh…what a let down. They didn’t seem as fresh… they weren’t as tasty nor as soft… as Philly Pretzel Factory pretzels.
I really can’t write too much about this experience but in short, I was pretty let down. I haven’t tried any other branches of Jim’s, but I hope they’re better cause right now, Philly Pretzel Factory is the only chain I will go to for my soft pretzels.
