Very frustrated with this McDonalds. Went thru drive thru and ordered 2 breakfast burritos. Pulled them from the bag and they were totally cold, just disgusting. The dog got our breakfast this morning.

Terrible service at the Lee Hwy location. I always go through the drive-thru and order a value meal(no special order or requests). I guarantee that 6 out of 10 times I have to pull forward and wait on the meal to be carried out to me. In addition the order is incorrect. Three days ago I ordered a quarter pounder meal(no special requests) and when I opened the box the burger had enough mayonnaise and onions on it to choke a horse. Clearly not what normally comes on it. If you like slow service and opposite of what you ordered this place is for you.

The McDonalds just off Interstate 81 in the northern part of Bristol, VA looked new and inviting. The parking lot was clean and there were a lot of customers. We ordered from the dollar menu and had sausage and biscuit along with coffee. The biscuit was a little dry so we returned to the counter and ask for a cup of water. That’s when we learned that a cup of spigot water was $.39 per cup. This was an unbelievable shock to both of us. I have encountered a charge fro water at some other fast food places over the past few years but never a charge of THIRTYNINE cents. This is absolutely unreasonable on the part of management at this location. We can appreciate that fact that some businesses are having difficult economic times however taking this approach to customer will definitely lose customers for that establishment. We will never stop at this location again and the next time we stop at a McDonald’s we will ask if there is a charge for water. If there is, we will move on to another breakfast place. Might just have well have gone in to a sit down restaurant and be served by a waiter.
