Great service, pedi was so relaxing. Had a spa pedi for 20% off (a special they were running). Almost fell asleep during the foot massage!

Chuck is the best! He’s the owner of the salon and I only go to him. I’ve been going for about a year now and he never disappoints. I am not an easy client, but he always does my nails the way I want it. I would highly recommend this place.

Under new ownership! Salon was great! Got a pedicure and gel manicure. Nail tech was very professional. The place was very clean. Back rub was awesome. Will return for sure.

The new owners are sooooo awesome and much better they did a great job on my gel manicure and pedi! my bridesmaids took me here for my bachelorette weekend and they were so nice even gave me a present! it will be my new go to place!

All new owners and employees now! I had a gel polish mani and the green tea spa pedicure last week, and was more than happy with the services. The green tea spa pedi is pricey, but worth it when you want to spoil yourself. My feet were so nice and soft that I had difficulty walking afterward, my feet kept sliding around in my sandals. I also had four different people give me a neck/​shoulder massage while getting my gel polish done. To top it off, when my nail broke two days later, I went back and the owner cheerfully repaired my nail, and redid the gel polish on that finger and wouldn’t charge me for the repair. I do think their prices are a bit higher than other salons, but their service is completely worth it.

I love getting mani/​pedis here. The other reviews are spot on– the female owner can be extremely rude and the opposite of a «relaxing spa experience» but I can’t give this place a bad review because her husband and the women they hire are the sweetest and so good at what they do. I actually enjoy conversing with anyone except the female owner during my services and every time I leave, I leave extremely happy with my nails. They’re always very accommodating when my best friend and I walk in at the busiest hour on a weekend and want to sit together for our manis & pedis. They’re quick without making you feel like they rushed on your service. They also keep it really clean & it’s nicely decorated making it a nice environment to be in.

I have gone here a few times and it went from ‘nothing special’ to ‘not coming back’ pretty quickly. The woman who appears to be the owner or manager is mean/​rude and the last time I went they charged me $ 5 to remove the gel manicure that they put on a few weeks prior (and that I paid a higher rate for the gel manicure in the first place). I stopped going after that. My friend went last week and they forgot to take the lotion completely off her toes before they painted them… her nails smudged when she got home and she had to remove it all. Go to Grace Nails in West Hartford. Best nail place I’ve ever been.

Stopped in for a classic manicure on Saturday. I wasn’t thrilled. They weren’t that busy because it was windy, rainy and cold; however, the Asian lady was in a hurry to get us in and get us out and made it perfectly clear (and was really rude) that we needed to hurry and pick our colors-​when we only just walked in the door, LOL… then she wanted to seat us far apart when we specifically asked to be next to each other (it was girl time). When I complained (gently) she seemed annoyed and took out her annoyance on my cuticles OUCH! Honestly, I go for mani’s and pedi’s all the time, and I have never ever had a mani go this fast in my life (it was almost comical).Sorry ladies, I will take my business back to Fancy Nail — I only stopped here because this is where my friend usually goes-​it only served to show me that for the same price I received much much better service in a different salon. On a positive note-​the wax treatment is a nice touch.

I like this nail salon. They are relatively inexpensive, and the salon is always clean. Occasionally there is a wait for a mani or pedi, but the service is good. Their shellac manicures are good as well. Only downfall is they don’t do shellac pedicures, which I absolutely love. They also have massage after your mani as well as waxing services
