Rob’s Automotive and Collision specializes in high quality bodywork and factory OEM paintwork. We work on many different types of vehicles and have business relationships with many different local car dealerships. Every vehicle that comes through are shop is treated with the same love and care that we would treat are own vehicles with.

History

Established in 1980.

Rob started his company out of his driveway and through hard work and determination grew his company into 9 state of the art locations. But one thing that has never changed over the years is how hard we work to repair your vehicle to pre-​accident condition.

The need for the services that company’s similar to Rob’s offer is rarely a pleasant or positive one. Rob’s goes out of their way to make these experiences as positive and pain free as possible. We had a very knowledgeable manager Chris, who listened to our concerns, kept us informed throughout the repair process, assisted with the car rental and return process and always took our calls.
When our vehicle was returned it looked showroom perfect. While the beginning of the process was under the worst of circumstances it ended with the best of outcomes for all parties involved.

Absolute crap of a business. Took in 2009 Nissan Murano for over heating. They gave some bull about not being able to diagnose without replacing the radiator. Replaced the radiator, charged me 743.00 (I’ve checked the price of the same radiator 199.00) then told me engine no good.
Took it to a real shop, the tow truck driver and the shop mechanic told me about cylinder leak down test that could have been done to find out if the head gasket was blown or not. Could have charged me for that test (dealer does it for 95 dollars). Simple tool every shop has it.
Turns out blown head gasket. Waste of 743 for radiator.
Stay away.

My car broke down on the paturnpike back in 2007 I could not call was because they don’t come out to the turnpike I had to get the car towed by robs towing it would be 50 to their shop or $ 3.00 a mile anywhere I want I had no choice but to fix there I guess they did an okay job fixing the car but wished was came out and could tow closer to home.
