Sam & the team are a personal touch that tell you what you need. They are good at repairing auto problems. I have used them several years.
I am really impressed because they do NOT pressure many other little items — no pressure — no up-selling.

This is solely a matter of opinion, but based on my recent dealings with these guys I have concluded that they are unattentive, rude, and ultimately incompetent. I ordered a tire, went to have it put on, and they sent me to the dealership to get the lock on the wheel loosened-the mechanic there was baffled and seemed to have no problem. Upon returning they didn’t have enough time, 10 minutes to closing sure is hard when you have no other work and the mechanics are sitting around. When I returned the following week-they close at five so if you have a job good luck-they had sent the tire back. I advise you to find another place, I know I will.
