Sorry Tony, but I’m taking my future business to Town Fair Tire. All I needed was a 5 minute valve replacement and you should’ve honored your hours as posted on the internet. It was 3:00 p.m. on Saturday but apparently you close at «2:00» p.m. and not 4:00 p.m. as noted on the internet, even though you had two other customers when I came in with wheel in hand. I guess you didn’t want a small job even though I’ve bought several sets of tires from you before and even recommended you to my friends. TFT took care of me right away for $ 10.

Tire Depot is flawless. If you live within an hour of Tire Depot, I can honestly say it is worth coming here in every way possible.
The prices are way cheaper than everywhere else. Literally EVERYWHERE else! The service is incredible. Tony and his staff are friendly, nice, patient… truly great staff. They get packed quick so plan accordingly however I have never been disappointed by Tire Depot.

Tony is the main reason I come here. A good guy to the core who will help you and get good pricing. Ive watched in awe as he multi-​tasks phone calls and multiple people with calm and ease. Super impressive. I’ve also seen some a-​holes being a-​holes around Tony and he doesn’t tolerate it– just another reason to love him. This is my only go-​to place for tires— I even ordered them online and had them delivered to the shop here and they put them on. Thank you Tony for being a gem of a guy and business!

Needed snow tires for my rear wheel drive vehicle late in the season and did some shopping around. Talked to Tony because he came highly recommended by a co-​worker. Instantly knew this was the type of person that I wanted to do business with. No high pressure sales pitch. Just good information and genuine attention to detail. Purchased my tires and now I am good to go! I was a little thrown off by the «quaintness» of the location but those worries were eased by the professional service that is demonstrated. If you need tires go here plain and simple. More businesses need to follow this model.

These are the guys you want to buy your tires from; I have never seen anyone so into tires. I recently purchased from them, and while waiting 45 minutes had the opportunity to observe their interactions with many people, customers and suppliers. They take tires very seriously … comically so, to someone like me who has no knowledge. Who knew there was so much to know? Save yourself the trouble of learning, and go here instead. You won’t be disappointed.

Great pricing great service. The place was packed and they were already
having to turn away business for during the week. In the winter, due to the aggressive treatments on the roads, the wheels needed to be sanded and tires remounted. No issues here. In fact the entire office was full of people with the same issue. Basically zero new business for them that day I was in there, but it didn’t matter to them and everyone was leaving happy.

Do you have a tire guy in your family? No? Wait… you do now! I’ve been going to Tony’s shop for years now and it really is like having someone in the family in the business. His straightforward no BS approach in getting you the tires you need at a good deal will make you feel like you are family. Customer service is second to none and this is a model of business that everyone should be following! I have referred many friends to Tire Depot and they have all been pleased by the savings and the service they receive.
I’m a big fan of supporting local business and this is definitely one of those where you do not sacrifice anything by shopping local. You will get a better deal and better service from Tire Depot than you would from anywhere else. Got a commuter car that just needs an inexpensive set of tires? Go to Tire Depot. Got a sports car that needs the latest and greatest rubber? Go to Tire Depot. Got a lifted Jeep or Truck that needs monster tires? Go to Tire Depot!

I needed 4 new tires, and I got quotes from a number of places ranging from local tire shops to big name franchises. Then a friend referred me to Tire Depot, and I am so glad he did. I called and spoke to the owner, Tony, who gave me a few quotes that were over $ 100 less than the competition! I continued to do my research, and then emailed Tire Depot through their website for quotes on a couple other brands. They responded to me within the hour.
Tire Depot offers no gimmicks, no games, no hidden fees. They quote you a price that includes labor (mounting and balancing) and taxes, and that is what you pay when you pick up your car. My friend tells me that Tony has a warehouse right in Bristol where he keeps a large inventory of tires on hand. This is why he’s able to charge such great prices. I had to drive over 30 minutes to get to this place, but it was well worth it for the ridiculously good service and price. will never buy tires anywhere else ever again.

I was at the tire counter about to purchase tires at Costco, my favorite store on the planet, when my father suggested I try Tire Depot — he had heard good things from many people who went there for service. Wanting to support a local business I decided to hold off my Costco purchase and to call Tire Depot the next day and do some price comparison — I am happy I did!
I spoke to the owner, Tony, who was very helpful. I told him what I already had planned to purchase at Costco and the price out the door. Tony really seemed to want my business and asked me if he could call me back and get some pricing together. A half hour later my phone rang — Tony proposed to get me into a comparable set of tires (I checked online to compare brands and he was honest as could be about his comparison) and he gave me a better final price.
When I went down to get my tires on a Saturday morning at 8 am the place was packed — it is a little tough to see the building from the main road so you have to drive slow. Even though the store was super busy I and as far as I could see, all of the other customers were given excellent service — the other customers actually did not mind waiting (the wait was very short) because of the service we were all getting. The shop is rather open and there is nothing to hide — the employees seem to do a very good job and take pride in their work and I have no question if I ever have a problem with my tires I can bring my car in and it will be taken care of right the first time — and done at a fair price.
Highly recommended — I read a review online that said «this is how all businesses should be ran.» I could not agree any more than I do with that statement.
