If I could rate 0 stars I would. This is the most unprofessional ‘business’ I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I would suggest that anyone living in this area drive to another region just to avoid the shadiness and lies you will undoubtedly encounter when dealing with these unprofessional hacks.
They went as far as to create a FAKE REVIEW under MY NAME and post it to their google site after they did not like the honest and truthful review made by the person who was with me for the sale. This is FRAUD and COMPLETELY unacceptable. They stole my name and fraudulently created positive statements under my name that I NEVER would have made. Their sales team is rude and combative, the manager laughs it all off like it is some kind of a joke.
I am ashamed I gave them $ 1 and I will continue to vocalize this negative experience to anyone who will listen. Clearly I have an obligation to other consumers out there who may be reading these FAKE reviews and choosing to do business with Wallace as a result.
*****UPDATE*****In response to the owners below comment, yes I indeed posted this exact same review on multiple sites as is my right as a consumer. The positive, glowing review of your dealership published back in December of 2015 that was made under the name «Lauren Olack» is a fake account that could only have been made by you or one of your employees. I never said anything positive about your dealership because we did not have a positive experience. No one else would have any reason to create a fake profile and review other than you… The public can decide for themselves but I clearly have nothing to gain from my honesty here other than satisfaction of knowing that other consumers may read this and avoid working with you. You made an excellent point when you stated that anyone can post anything online, and that does not exclude you or your sales team. What I do know is that the review was not posted by me and that is what you should be addressing, not your dislike of myself or my boyfriend. Creating a fake review to make it seem like people enjoyed their customer service experience is in fact a lie. If this was done in my name, I can only imagine it has been done before and will be done again in the future. Your integrity as a company is seriously compromised when you are doctoring reviews online. The fraudulent review is still posted on the Google business page for Wallace Subaru of Bristol TN. I never stated that you hacked my google account… that is why my review has my picture and is tied to my google+ account. The other review made in my name was not made through google+, but as an ‘anonymous’ poster who just so happened to use my first and last name.

I went with my folks to look at a Kia Soul as a second car. Our salesperson (Travis) was curiously lacking in the usual irritating salesperson behaviors such as grilling you for financial or trade-​in information and trying to pressure you into buying a car on the spot. I don’t know if this is because Kia is trying to modernize the buying experience or if we just got lucky. Travis seemed genuinely interested in explaining the features of the car and demonstrating them to us.
Especially considering Michael B’s experience, it seems unlikely that Wallace will continue their good behavior when the time comes to purchase the car and we get worked over by the guy in the back. I’ll post another review in the spring when we’re ready to make a purchase.

Although I did not purchase our Passat here, I would change that in a heartbeat.
I was in town visiting family and my temporary tag was about to expire. I stopped by and spoke with Andrew Fields, to see if they could be of any assistance. Unfortunately, things vary state by state, so there wasn’t anything they could do. However, Andrew did take the time to go ahead and change out my metal plate for me.
On my way out of town, I realized my washer fluid was low, so again, I stopped by to see if they could help, and they graciously filled my reservoir up and I was on my way.
Andrew remembered me and was just as friendly the second time around!
After the catastrophe in buying our car from Vaden in Savannah, I wish we could have purchased from Andrew at Wallace!
