KCS is an 8(a) woman owned business with over 17 years of experience in the DC, MD, VA area. Licensed, Bonded and we have a Certified Class A Masters Contractors License. Our company was raised by our commitment and dedication to our customers. We were founded on the premise that there is a cheaper, more efficient and environmentally conscience way to improve heating and air-​conditioning use down to a precise proficiency no matter the size of the home or the budget of the homeowner.

All of our employees are subject to criminal and credit background checks and routine drug screenings, we also reimburse and encourage our employees to continue their certifications and education to stay on top of this ever evolving industry.
