At Make My Day Please we believe that serving this local area specifically, ensures excellent quality control and customer service. Many of our clients have same day and last minute needs that we are able to accommodate.

We make sure your pets have plenty of potty breaks, fresh air, a good routine, and happy faces surrounding them when they are at Make My Day Please! We can make your day by giving you a piece of mind, getting rid of some of that guilt, and home security. If you are out of town, free with visit, we will bring in mail/​newspapers, turn lights on and off, adjust blinds, water plants, and take the trash out. You don’t have to have any more kennel concerns leaving your pet in an unfamiliar place.

Owners First Sergeant Mike Blake and Catherine Blake have been William County residents for more than 20 years. They have two dogs, two rescue cats, and many fish. Naturally, they opened Make My Day Please in 2008 so they could share their love for animals with others, and help those who are very busy take the best care of their pets. Mike and Catherine hope to provide you with such a positive experience that you’ll think of Make My Day Please whenever you feel guilty about leaving your pet.

EXTREMELY professional company with great communication skills. Going away overseas for nine days and leaving our girls with a stranger had my wife and I very nervous but Julie managed to take away all our stress instantly the very first day and the remainder of our vacation by texting us daily updates. I will highly recommend Julie and Make My Day Please to all our friends and family and will most certainly use again in the future!!!

My dogs have always been spoiled and they are rarely left alone. There was a major change in our schedules and I believe I was more anxious then my dogs. I needed to hire a pet sitter and after talking with several agencies I chose, Make My Day Please, LLC. I could not be happier. Kat is awesome. She leaves lengthy, detailed notes but more importantly my babies are happy when I get home. It’s as if the change hasn’t affected them. It has been an adjustment for me but Kat has really eased my mind and I know my girls are loved. I would highly recommend Make My Day Please! Four paws up!

We used them a couple of months ago to look after a house full of cats, plus several outdoors, during a vacation. Was very impressed with the service and quality. From the initial walk through to get acquainted, to daily visits that included updates and pictures sent to us via email/​text, and to the happy and contented looks on the faces of all when we returned, we could not have asked for more. Leaving pets behind can be nerve-wracking…with Make My Day, you can be assured yours will be well cared for and given personal attention. Highly recommend.

I found Make My Day Please after searching for a good alternative for my dog while we were going to be out of town for a week. I was extremely happy with the service and professionalism of MMDP. The constant updates through out our trip definitely was reassuring for my daughter being away from her favorite friend. I look forward to using MMDP in the future!

I found Make My Day Please (MMDP) when I started a new job and needed mid-​day walks for my 14 year old Lab and 9 month old Brussels Griffon puppy. Savannah, the lab, needed extra care and the puppy had major digestive issues but Danielle and Catherine at Make My Day Please put all my worries to rest and the transition was a smooth one.
When Savannah passed away in April, MMDP helped us immensely with another HUGE transition. Their sympathy and care were wonderful and I could not be more thankful that they were there during such a difficult time. Shortly thereafter, Danielle went back to college, and we sadly prepared for her replacement.
Alyssa took over Spider (my pup’s) mid-​day visits and she has been AWESOME. Her energy and fun spirit were completely absorbed by my little dog and he has the best temperment I have ever seen. Alyssa’s flexibility, communication, and kindness are great.
I could not have asked for more in a petsitting service. MMDP’s flexiblity and sheer joy in petsitting is like none other.

Catherine and her husband Mike both took care of our four cats over a week long vacation that I took. They both did an incredible job — the cats were very relaxed and well taken care of when we got home.
They went above and beyond what I requested — they cleaned up hairballs and even cleaned out a full Litter Locker so I didn’t have to deal with it when I got home. They brought in mail, watered plants, took out our garbage… it was really easy to come home after all of that!
My husband and I very rarely take time off together because we get so worried about our cats. Now that we have found Catherine and Mike, we are hoping to take vacations together again.
