History

Established in 2012.

CIA Chef Jim Rose along with his wife Shelly Rose have both owned their own restaurants in the past. Jim previously owned Union Hall Inn in Johnstown, NY, while Shelly Rose owned and operated White Holland House (Turkey Farm) in Broadalbin which her parents started. Wine and Roses is their first business together and they have combined both of their expertise in the field. The menu is always changing keeping fresh ideas and using seasonal and local products whenever they can. Their catering experience is well utilized at Wine and Roses as many off premise events in the area are from Wine and Roses.
