H&R Block

Tax tiimmmeee! The hubby and I had a few more things going on with our taxes this year, so I wanted to be sure we were doing everything correctly. I scheduled an appointment online via their website, but something came up so we had to reschedule. I was able to call the local number and speak with the receptionist to let her know we need to change our date and time. She was very friendly and accommodating over the phone. There was no extra fee for appointment change as long— as you give enough notice. When we finally went to handle our taxes, our professional was very friendly and explained everything we were placing on our return. Our process was pretty straight forward and pleasant. I am giving this place a 3 because H and R block was promoting an offer that if you did not use them last year, they would give you half off your fees owed to the office (not your tax return). But we found out from our representative you had to have used another in person service (not turbo tax or any online application). This was not stated on the flyer we received out our home and H and R block is pretty pricey. The minimum fee you will have to pay for your services is $ 75(your fee owed to the office, not your tax return to the government). Be prepared to pay up!
