Lucas Roasting Company is a «roast-to-order» gourmet coffee roaster providing businesses and individuals with some of the most decadent coffee you can purchase.
We take pride in offering numerous coffees we have chosen with direct relationship to the farmers, and we also take great pride in offering coffees that simply taste phenomenal.
All coffee is roasted after your order is received, and then shipped or delivered, freshly-roasted, to you.
If you’ve never experienced the difference between freshly-roasted and the «other» coffee out there, you won’t believe the difference!

History
Established in 2007.
Lucas Roasting Company is a family-owned and operated business, owned by Troy and Jennica Lucas.
After starting with just a few customers in the first months of business, we now have individual customers all over the US (including as far away as Alaska) and commercial customers in 3 states.
Our goal is always to provide the freshest coffee anyone has ever had opportunity to drink, and to consistently provide the highest quality possible. In recent years, with numerous head-to-head blind taste tests won, we know we are doing something the right way.
Our commitment is to quality and customer service, and making people smile in the process.

Troy L.
Business Owner
Troy Lucas is Owner and Master Roaster at Lucas Roasting Company.
With 5 years of roasting experience prior to LRC, he now has a total of 10 years of roasting experience.
Troy has sourced coffee from all over the world and works with developed and developing farms to improve quality from the origin. He likes working with social issues, too, and is passionate in seeing all involved in the trade of coffee have their lives improved through effective, fair business models.
