Of all the different places I’ve been to in Brockport, this place by far took care of my car the best. They understand that a large majority of their clients are college students who might not be able to pay for large repairs so they explain what is wrong with the car and ALL of the options available, not just the ones that will make the most money for the shop. I’ve even had them tell me that I should find junkyard pieces because the only options they could find were extremely overpriced. That is a company that understands its customers and is willing to work with them. I am going to miss Nichols after I graduate Brockport.
