Never bought a car or anything from Avon autobrokers but have been retrofitting their lights in all locations. Great dealership to say the least with all beautiful cars. The mechanics are all good shits and make the day go by. Dana is a great guy as well. Very passionate for his business and seems like a very responsible and fair to his employees.

A friend referral me to the sale Louis, with no expectation of what kind of car I wanted and left completely satisfied ! My salesperson was patient and eager to help me get into a vehicle I loved. All the cars were clean and had a new look .They prepare all the paperwork and tell me what I need to do to get my car ready. I personally had no issue with the process. I loved what they offer to their customers.

This place actually has decent cars (I have already had a bad experience with a local dealership elsewhere in Brockton .) All the cars were clean and had a new look. Regardless of your financial situation, they really do their best to get you driving in one of their vehicles.
I personally had no issue with the process. I loved what they offer to their customers. I know someone who has gotten a vehicle from there in the past, and they ran into no problems. And not to mention, I am finally driving in something I always wanted, an SUV !!
They do not hassle you, which I prefer. I hate when I get into a dealership, haven’t been there 2 seconds and already have people hounding me. This place is completely opposite from that ! I would recommend this place to anyone.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Scheduled an appointment to see a car and no one was there after being called and getting the appointment confirmed. Then the guy, who wound up being the car salesman, drove up in one of the lot cars and let out one of his friends and drove off with me clearly sitting there in the parking lot. I finally called the person who originally called me and after saying he would call the person who was suppose to be there called me back and said he was across the street and would be right there. 10 minutes later he finally showed up. Test driving the car there were several problems. Driver side mirror cracked, passenger window didn’t work, the car sputtered, and multiple other problems. When I brought this up to the salesman he said «Yeah after you buy the car we send it to be fully fixed up.» I expressed that it didn’t make sense and how would I know I’d like the car after being fixed up or that it would be fixed up properly he said «Don’t worry it will.» After telling him I was going to look around elsewhere he handed me his card and said if I didn’t like anything here there him and his friends had other dealerships all throughout town I could look at cars. That just sounded shady to me. The real icing on the cake was just how unprofessional the guy looked and acted. He was wearing white beach pants and a tank top. I didn’t realize I was looking at cars at the beach… I would recommend staying as far away from this place as possible unless you like being offered broken vehicles by an extremely unorganized, unprofessional, and rude salesman. I really appreciated waiting an hour to be helped also. Thankfully Roberto Dasilva left me his card so I know specifically who to stay away from when shopping for a used car.

Had problems at first and vented on Unilocal.Dana (the owner) contacted me and completely fixed the situation, set us up with rent-​a-​car and had Tom (service manager) fix everything by Monday @3:30
