I dealt with the manager Matt who went above and beyond to take care of me and my car. I’m so happy with the results and never felt pressured to do more than I needed like I have at other places. I needed new tires and an alignment and my car drives perfectly now. Will be going there again.

The other day was my first visit ever to any Firestone Complete Auto Care service center. I will definitely be returning to this store for any future maintenance or repair necessary. The service was a ¹⁰⁄₁₀. I stopped in Saturday morning, without an appointment, and spoke with Matt, the store manager. Matt was attentive, knowledgable and professional. After determining a new rear speed sensor was needed, Matt was able to find the part for my ’07 VW and have it delivered to the store. They got the part installed and did a complete check of my vehicle, all within a very reasonable time, so I could get out and on the road again. Would definitely recommend this shop to family, friends, or anyone looking for quality service of their vehicle. I already plan to go back in the next couple months for new tires and some additional services. Thank you again to Matt and his staff for their help.

Definitely recommend this place for service. Andre the store manager took great care of me with fixing my Subaru Forester helping me pass state inspection, very professional. Dropped off my vehicle to get the engine looked at because it was acting up, after the repairs the store manager Andre said to me drive it for three days before going to get the inspection sticker, when i finally went, it passed with no problems, Thank you for your services. Great service now than ever before, i’ve been a customer of firestone for years and for the first time in this location i finally had a great experience with the new management and the new techs. Went in for an oil change and needed more repairs, the manager took me inside the service shop to show me and explained to me everything very well and in detailed. Did not pressure me to buy and even told i didn’t had to get it done today because it was not something urgent. However i did get the work done because the visit was so pleasant and after all i did needed the work done sooner or later, great people to get your vehicle serviced by, definitely recommend this shop in your area. And work is lifetime warranty. Happy customer for life. Thank you firestone!!!

I used to go here for oil changes regularly. The staff changed and so did the quality of the work. They told me I needed my front breaks changed, I got a second opinion, ends up i needed my rear breaks changed. They tried to charge me for a few other non-​sense things, i. e– fuel system cleaner, air filter change.
Those did not need changing. Try to go elsewhere for a tune up.

tires, oil change, shocks, breaks and much more. Prices are definitely NEGOTIABLE here. Hmm!

Don’t go here. Everytime that I went they would try to ripe me off. The last time I went my timing belt broke then when I fix that they told me something else was wrong then after that something else. I ended up junking my car and still had to pay them $ 1700
