always have a good experience with them. I have an old Saturn and they always take great care of it. i’ve only gotten oil changes but they’re always quick and only once have I called and they’ve been unable to book my appointment for when I want it.

My experiences here have always been excellent. The guys here are professional, fair, courteous and honest. The waiting area is clean and well kept (so not like a «garage» smell lol). In fact I just got a «new» car with a warranty so won’t be in as much, but highly recommend them. Good hours, and you can get a loaner if available without any hassle.

I recently had a oil change done on my Volkswagen here. The customer service was good. The time was quick. The price reasonable. But they put on the wrong oil filter. Because VW require a special type. They didn’t mention it. Or didn’t know. Some of it was my fault for not questioning it. In any case it started leaking. I brought it to Kenwood tire and auto in West Bridgewater. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it. It cost me an extra $ 92 dollars for another oil change.

I had to get towed here recently for a shredded belt and broken bearing. The men working here were extremely polite and were able to give me an estimate after looking at my car. One of the men in front gave me updates as they were working on my car as to what was going on and how long it would take.
The waiting area was comfortable and clean and I was offered coffee or water. Their magazine selection is lacking, but they do have a TV.
They also let me know of other problems that would need fixing and offered to do them for me.
The price was a little bit high, but with service this good I feel it was worth it.
A week later I received a hand-​written thank you note from Mass Tire. This was the clincher for my decision to write a Unilocal review for these guys.

I brought in my Toyota RAV 4 of a heater problem. Billy Wheeler checked it out and fixed it within 5 minutes. He also saw that there was water on the floorwell and said I had a plugged air conditioner drain and proceded to put the car up on the lift and blow out the tube. He also cleaned the cabin filter and changed the oil while the car was on the lift. Mass tire has always given me more than expected in service. Billy always carefully inspects my car and repairs anything he sees is a problem. I would never bring my vehile anywhere else for service. They are the BEST!
