History

Established in 1986.

Our insurance agency was founded by Ron D’Agostino, who started the agency in Brockton, Massachusetts, after 13 years as an agent for a large national company. As an independent agent, Ron knew he could improve programs, benefits and opportunities for his customers and he wanted the ability to bring more choices to his clients.

Ron’s son Mark joined the agency in January of 1996 and quickly learned and embraced the agency’s core business values.

When Ron retired in 2009, Mark became the agency’s president. Today, Mark and his staff continue to honor the agency’s core values, but bring them to the next level by staying on top of the latest industry technologies and services.

Business Owner

Mark is the president of the agency and handles the day-​to-​day operations of the business as well as outside sales. Mark has been with the agency since 1996, starting as a personal insurance customer service representative. Later he moved to outside sales, implementing creative marketing programs, and eventually launched the agency’s Commercial Insurance division. He also focused on developing the agency’s relationships with insurance carriers, and in 2008, when auto insurance became competitive, Mark successfully brought the agency from representing only 1 auto insurer to 5. He is a graduate of Framingham State University, and holds a Certified Insurance Councilor (CIC) designation. Mark lives in the Brockton area with his wife Meredith. In his spare time he enjoys skiing, home improvement projects, Red Sox and Bruins games.
