Millicent Brasserie offers a truly unique, one-of-a-kind, multi-sensory dining experience. Our dinners include 7 to 10-course tasting menu of cuisines from around around, including molecular gastronomy (6 to 9 small tasting course + 1 main course)
Currently we are offering 2 dining events each week on Thursday and Saturday night at 7pm. There are only 20 seats available at each event. All dinner reservations are required. For more information, please visit our Facebook page or website.
History
Established in 2015.
In February 2013, the owner/executive chef, Vincent DePaul Tran took on a seemingly impossible task of building a one-of-a-kind multi-sensory concept restaurant by himself. After countless hours of hard work in 25 months, relentless determination and prayers, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma got themselves one of the most unique restaurant in the US.
We held our 1st multi-sensory dinner experience called «Cloud Nine» on March 28, 2015.

Education: BS degree of Computer Science
Work: I have owned the following business in the past: Software company, custom aquarium company, medical billing company, custom carpentry company, and catering company.
