Vanguard Environmental, Inc.‘s «mission control» style combines the expertise of engineering, env’l science, safety, industrial hygiene, & regulatory specialists with its own copyrighted $ 20MM chemical technology (3^rd largest in the U.S.) to manage the client’s EHS compliance throughout each compliance year, thus meeting federal, state, county, and local regulations and deadlines. Meet the Manager

Mark F.

Manager

Mark Frazier graduated with a B.A. degree in Business Administration and a Minor in Education from Oklahoma State University & Langston University (Tulsa). Mark received an athletic scholarship in football playing center for the Oklahoma State Cowboys. After his athletic career, Mark started his career in sales with the following Corporations: U.S. Tobacco, Nabisco, & Liggett Group. At Liggett, Mark served in several positions in the Corporate Office such as Training & Development Manager, Key Accounts Manager and Division Manager for Oklahoma & Kansas. Mark joined Vanguard Environmental, Inc. in 2005 and serves as the Regional Manager for the Western US and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer for Vanguard Environmental, Inc. in 2008.
