Specialties
Are you looking for that homemade Southern cooking taste? Then step into Smith Good Eats and get the best and most authentic Southern comfort food in the area. We have great staff, always smiling and ready to take your order or help you with menu, if you so need. We offer the best family dining services, and once you come in, you will love the relaxing mood that our restaurant creates for you. Smith Good Eats is a family-owned restaurant, and it was established in 2007 — so when it comes to experience, that is our specialty. Our meals are prepared from our family recipes that are so dear to our hearts. We would love to share our passion for food with your family. We will ensure that the customer always gets a quality meal that is satisfying. What sets us apart from other Southern restaurants is the way we prepare our dishes — we cook in a traditional, authentic way by using fresh ingredients. Some of the meals we prepare in our restaurant are hamburgers, mac and cheese, steak with mash potatoes and brown gravy, meatloaf, fried squash and okra salad, and chicken strips. Our dessert menu includes delicious homemade desserts such as banana pudding, or delectable tasting pecan pie and apple pie. We also have daily lunch specials.
Our primary goal is to provide our customers with the best, most fulfilling Southern-style cuisine, and leave them with a tantalizing taste in their mouths that will be sure to bring them back time and again…

Meet the Business Owner
Debra S.
Business Owner
I have been in the food industry for 15 years, beginning at Beavers Bend Restaurant with my husband Cleo. We were there from 1998 – 2012. Deciding to do something a little different, we bought the snowcone concession known as Treats Around the Bend, driving from campground to campground making snowcones and selling Bluebell icecream bars. But I got the urge to get back in the kichen. you wont see me «dressed to the nines» but you WILL see me with an apron on, from front of the house to the kitchen. You might be starving when you get here, but with our generous portions, you will definately not leave hungry. I look forward to serving you.
