I had a great experience with this company. They are respectful and helpful. My baby didn’t want to move, the tech was patient and helpful. We were able to do a few tricks and were able to catch great images of the movement and little face and body. I would recommend this place with no hesitation.

I loved my experience here. My baby was a stubborn one and the tech kaity was so patient and helpful I would recommend this place to everyone. We got great pics of our baby at only 16wks. The rest of the staff was simply amazing as well will b back in a few wks for another 3d experience towards the end of my pregnancy. Thank you

I arrived to the location, the location has a see through glass door and window. The receptionist looked up at me as approached and continued looking at her cell. I rang the bell, the receptionist continued typing and then buzzed me, didn’t look up, i walked in, she continued typing on her phone. She had a serious look on her face so i figured it was urgent & serious, so i remained silent until she was done. After 15 – 20 seconds she put the phone down and said good morning how can i help and motioned for me to take a seat. I smiled (i figured she received bad news, cause her tone was robotic and she did not smile once while speaking to me, even when she said good morning)
i gave her my appointment time and date and my name. She asked for my doctors letter with due date, she made a copy of the document and returned the document. She began by explaining the rules, what will happen, asked if i had eaten (we were instructed not to eat 4 hours prior to our appointment). She gave us a form to complete, real simple form to understand, it had information that she was verbally letting us know (all stated robotically, no smile, almost in one single breath)
People were starting to come in, and as they came in, she smiled wide to them and would return and look at me nicely and speak in a monotone voice.
The last thing she said was something regarding the sex of the child. I informed her that i did not want to know the sex of the child. As she wrote on my form «no sex» she says, «thank you for letting me know».
now she hit a nerve, I’ve been putting up with her rude behavior from the door and now she has the audacity to be snotty?! I smiled and politely stated that she was giving me information and she never asked. She sternly responded that when other people arrive they let her know immediately. I again, smiled and informed her that i didn’t want to interrupt her.
at which point the sono tech comes out and i ask if i can get a copy of the document. The tech makes a face and asks, why. I said because i signed it. She screws her face up and says, no and so does the receptionist. The tech asks, why do u want it, it basically says this that and so on. I looked at both of them and asked why they were both getting upset over me asking for a copy of the document i signed? At which pont they both relaxed and smiled and said they weren’t. (as if i were dumb and blind. The only reason i remained calm from the minute i arrived: i am 38 weeks pregnant, no need for me to turn up and my husband was with me, he would have been embarrassed and he really wanted a 3d image of the baby because we hadn’t had one because the baby tends to hide its face during my prenatal visits — but that’s neither here nor there, right?)
so the tech tells her to write on the receipt that if they are unable to get an image of the baby the fee will be $ 50. Please note that my request for the document I signed and had to place initials on various places was not due to a lack of understanding or because of the fee. As a case worker, when I give my tenants documents to sign and initial, I provide them with a copy of the document.. . ?
after the tech tells her to do that she walks away and says out loud, «ay ya Yau!». To that I internally woosighed. I didn’t want to turn up and this was so important to my hubby.
I will say, that when we got into the room the tech apologized, stating she didn’t want me to think they were mad (but they were)

I was very excited about this place as I had seen the very great deals. At the time I tried to purchase a Mothers Day package they had going on. They either let you purchase the package online or by stopping in at one of their locations. Well the site used to purchase the packages was not functioning properly, so I had called and the lady who answered the phone told me to come in the next day from 9:00am– 1:30pm. So I arrived at 9:00 in the morning and waited with my husband until 9:20 before calling. The place was still closed! I had gotten up early and made my husband late for work, not to mention gas money was spent to get there and they didnt even have the courtesy to be there when they said they would. So very upset I went home and called again and asked them why they werent there like they said they would be and what to do then the lady answering the phone took down my number and told me she would call me when the site was working again and apologized about not being there because a customer had cancelled her appointment. I also went on their Facebook page to comment about this and get some answers. Later they posted that they were sorry and had fixed the site, however when I went on it from both my laptop and ipad lo and behold it did not work! So they lied to save face on their Facebook page. Not very impressed. It seemed like they were purposefully trying to make it impossible to buy their Mother’s Day package, so going home and looking into other places I have realized that other 4d ultrasound places have packages just as good at a similar price as their «deal». I will also note that while I was not able to enter the place I could see into it and it looked very cheap and small, not big and spa looking like others I have seen in the same price range for their packages. I would not recommend this place at all! Save your money because you can get better customer service and a cleaner place at others.

I was so excited to check out the place in their Bronx area and the packages this afternoon. Sadly, my eagerness was met with this VERY VERY VERY RUDE receptionist (in pink shirt and an arm band tattoo). First, when I rang the door bell thinking that there was another person inside, this woman motioned to me in a very irritated manner that she was on the phone and for me to wait (she used the hand gesture for stop). I waited for a good 3 minutes and when she opened the door for me, she asked rudely– what can I do for you? in a tone that she would rather do her nails. I told her I am very interested in the packages. She replied «they are on the wall.» The phone rang again and she proceeded to answer it. That was the last straw because she was still very rude in answering the phone. I left in light speed because I don’t want my baby to be exposed to the likes of her. YOU WILL LOSE SO MANY POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS because she drives them away with her rude and condescending demeanor– you need to replace this woman! Now i have to trek to Manhattan to get a 3d sonogram.
I wish I cannot give this 1 star.

The staff are very friendly over the phone and in person. They call you to confirm your appointments the day before. The place is a little limited in space, and the room you go to for the 3d sonogram has a curtain not a door, so if you are big on privacay you might be bothered by that but overall i would recommend this place. Their prices go by the picture package you purchase which ranges from $ 65 – 130. The technician was very friendly and helpful she was very verbal which was a plus so I knew what I was looking at lol. Ladies drink lots and lots of water throughout your pregnancy if you plan on doing a 3d sonogram if you dont you wont be able to see your baby clearly.
