Hello everyone! We are a family business specializing in natural, fresh, and delicious food. In addition to delicious handmade juices and smoothies, we also serve hand tossed salads, heartwarming soup, entrees, and dessert! All of our food is vegetarian. Almost all of our food is gluten and dairy-​free. We NEVER use artificial, natural flavors, sugar, protein powder, or anything you can’t pronounce! We treat our customers like family because you deserve only the best for your body.

History

Established in 2014.

Due to a lack of healthy options in the Bronx, especially Allerton avenue, we decided to start our own store to serve only the best to the community. We are tired of the lack of variety in genuine and delicious REAL food. So here we are! With your support, we will be here to stay.

This place is a little piece of healthy heaven in an area where you might not expect it.
I have gone here a couple times and have really enjoyed my experience. Not only is the owner really friendly, she’ll remember your name and order very quickly. There are a lot of option so be prepared to take a minute and if you try the spring rolls you’ll be pleasantly surprised!

Appley-​Vous had a slow start when they first opened up, but that’s understandable. The small spot is clean, and inviting, and the couple that owns it are super sweet and friendly. They are also extremely accommodating. Now that they have expanded their menu, I can say I will be visiting a couple times during my work week. All natural juices, and vegan food options, all freshly made. Appley-​vous is the only juice bar in the Bronx that will actually give the overrated Juices for Life true competition. I don’t have any complaints!

A juice bar on Allerton Avenue that serves actual Vietnamese style summer rolls? Yes, please.
Appley-​Vous opened a few months ago and I had been stalking its opening on Bx26 rides to class. I got the chance to go a few times and I really love their selection of fresh juices. Their beet-​ginger juice is super tasty, and they use fresh ingredients. I tried the summer rolls which were fresh and yummy. They also have a bunch of other healthy, «clean» style food.
The juice bar is owned by two really friendly people and I’m so glad they brought healthy, fresh options to the Northeast Bronx. My only wish is that they were closer to my neighborhood. :D
