BCR Signature Events

I like this company and I would surely use them again. First of all: they patient, professional and courteous. I called and placed an order for an event exactly a week later. A few days later, i had to call and change some details in my order and they accomodated that. They gave a window for delivery and stuck with it. We had some issues with our venue and them being able to set up (break down in communication). While we got it sorted out, they waited, which they definitely didn’t have to go because I know they had another event to go to. Finally, they got to set and we were pleased with the setup and they were quick. The same for pick up. They gave a window, stuck to it, called when they were on their way and were in and out. Two things though: when you rent the chairs, you have to ask for the cushion because it isn’t included (yes it’s an additional fee). And sometimes when you call, there isn’t an introduction so you have to ask to make sure you’ve called the right place. Other than that, I rock with em.

Customer service left a lot to be desired. Not a great experience.

Steve and Melissa are great. They will tailor their event space to the exact needs of your event.

My go to place when back in NYC and planning a special soirée. Such a great rental place for any venue; private film screenings, poker night, bridal shower, graduations, they even have a theme party planner who can consult you on making your party asthetic dreams a reality! Call and ask for Melissa for the design ideas, colors, balloons, whatever… she’s in the ‘Dreams do come true’ department (smile) and ask for Steven G. for your basic chairs/​tables/​canopy/​etc. rentals. Best pricing in tri-​state area… judge for yourself and party on!!!
