Adams-​Shango, mother of three children who have successfully graduated from the New York City Public School System and are attending college. As a former New York City Department of Education Parent Engagement Officer;Enrollment Officer; and Education Analyst, Ms. Adams-​Shango assists NYC public school parents in learning how to advocate for their child through 1:1 parent advocacy services; parent seminars; and small group parent training events. Special Education;general Education; Connect to College; Enrichment Programs — we develop Customized Action Plans for parents and their children to ensure that students meet their academic and social goals for the school year.
