Not many places with such an informative staff and willingness to teach new vapors. Amazing gear and flavors, but even better are the low prices. Went from a pack a day to zero thanks to the great staff at this location. I will continue to come here.

Kevin the sales rep gave great service is very knowledgeable about what is being sold and was tentative in what i was looking for answered all my questions and gave me the best device for my needs i highly recommend this place also theres a parking lot so parking is a non issue and the service and atmosphere is excellent

I love this place. From my inception into VAPING beyond vape BX has been my go to place. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, easy to talk to, relatable and they greet you from the minute the door opens. This is the «warmest» vape shop I’ve been to. I have visited another beyond vape «the heights» and it was warm and friendly but this place is far and «beyond» the best of the two. Sometimes its hard to pin point who the boss is (I know who ya are). Its seldom that one person defers to another for advice. You can hear the comrodary and knowledge in their interactions… Every shop has a «feel» to them but I always come back to BEYOND VAPE BX because its welcoming, its a chill, laid back spot with all the professionalism needed to make a business grow… When i go to other shops I feel like I’m cheating. lol. This is my go to spot! When i refer people I tell them to start at BEYOND. Learn from them… There are many vape spots. but if you wanna start off right and venture out later… THIS IS THE starting point…
I wanna thank the guys and girl of beyond vape BX for making this my chill spot. I’m in this spot so much I should just get a part time job.

I came to the store to get my first vape and the customer service the sales rep gave me was excellent! Come and ask for Ally she will help you out with everything you need.

This place is so Shady especially the Managers I was given a V.IP. card and then had it taken away. Also I no someone who works there and said there juices are ment to burn really fast. Have to relized how fast u go thru a bottle, Please help boycott place DO NOT BUY THERE JUICES
