Excellent car buying experience! They answered all my questions, treated me respectfully and courteously, and communicated with me clearly and accurately. I highly recommend you visit the team at Car Factory in the Bronx.

Very very upset with this place. Bought a car at the end of March this year and our car broke down. Now the mechanic found so many issues that were not disclosed at time of purchase. And to top it off they are not covered by their «wonderful warranty» that we had to pay an additional $ 3,000 for. If I could go back in time I would have never bought this car from this place.
Now when I tried calling and discussing the issues with them (Charlie), they have been so rude and unprofessional over the phone. I guess for them it’s about lying and selling. This place is a total bust!

Selling fake warranties and didn’t honor the warranty which was a bull crap warranty didn’t cover anything car broke down the same week I purchased it then charged me a towing fee plus 100 deductible for a warranty that was not official when I called the warranty company they told me they never heard of this company or me I would NEVER recommend or buy a vehicle from these guys
