Citibank

I am NEVER using Citibank again after visiting this branch. Let me start off by saying I have been a customer of citibank for 3 years. I have 4 different accounts with citi including a business, checking, loan, and credit card account. I am now going to cancel all of them. Why? Many reasons, but I will tell you the final thing that made me decide to close all of my accounts. The gist of the story is that my account over drafted by 10 dollars and citi charged me fees of around $ 170. After visiting this branch, waiting for 2 hours (when there was only 2 people ahead of me), and arguing with a bunch of different employees, they would not budge, even though the charges were incorrect. I’m so sick and tired of citibank doing whatever the hell they want with my account, and me not being able to do anything about it. I have paid so much in fees for so many different BS reasons and enough is enough. So congratulations citibank. You wanted to steal $ 170 from me, go ahead and take that one time profit. Just know that you have lost tens of thousands of dollars of business from me and I will continue to badmouth you to everyone I meet. The branch manager at this place should be fired for this terrible business decision that he made.
TLDR: Stay away from this branch and any other citibank. If you have an account, I suggest you close it before you end up like me. Ripped off, pissed off, and writing an angry Unilocal review.

This location sits on the 231^st train station on the #1 line as I was hanging with a friend (who later unleshed his true identity as an obssessive womanizer) for drinks and lunch for the day.
The ATM machines are upgraded and the area is clean for a Sunday. There is heat.
