Hands down — WORST deli in the Bronx. Overpriced — you’ll pay at least $ 2 more for a sandwich here then you will anywhere else in the neighborhood. Their bread is always stale, and they have a very small selection of meats and cheeses available. The store is dirty, could use a good dusting. And they have NEVER managed to get my order right. I don’t know what is so hard about turkey, swiss and roasted peppers, but it’s impossible for the deli counter to get that right. There are plenty if other deli choices within walking distance — skip this one. I’d give zero stars if I could.

I find it somewhat shocking that this deli has no reviews, considering what a fine place it is. The store is impeccably clean, the staff cheery and eager to help, the prices reasonable, and most of all the food delicious! Both the egg sandwich I got for breakfast and the chicken cutlet sandwich I came back for at lunchtime were mouthwatering. They also had a variety of salads and assorted deli fare, as well a few varieties of iced tea and other drinks that are often a bit more difficult to find.

Local Bodega. Great specialty sandwiches. The end.
