Soooo, in the beginning, I was in 5 star love!!! But, after using the pick up & delivery service for several months now, I must be honest, it is often a pain in my a$$!!! There is a major communication problem between the laundry mat & the driver!!! He rarely comes to pick up my laundry on time (driver guys fault). I often get no confirmation call, like I am supposed to (laundry mats fault). Quite a few times he did not come. Although, I appreciate the laundry mat sending someone else to pick up my laundry on the days he forgot, they only sent someone after I made a huge loud fuss via telephone. The laundry mat originally wanted to reschedule me for the next day! No buddy, I will NOT wait until tomorrow! I pay good $$$ and I tip very well especially since I live up 2 flights in a walk up! I just want consistent pick up service. That’s not asking for much. Ironically, delivery back to me is no problem. Go figure!!! For now, I am still using them, until I scout & test out a new laundry service. I still love that they are open 24hrs 7days & they delivery my nicely washed & folded clothes the next day!!!
