Meet the Manager

Clement S.

Manager

Clem met the owner of this business in a corporate job. They wanted to use skills and techniques they acquired in the corporate sector for small businesses, to better help them compete in an increasingly technical marketplace. Since joining CompuSmart in 2002, Clem has brought their remote support business model to new levels of efficiency as well as collaborated in establishing successful customer service and customer follow-​up processes that the company still uses to this day.
